Once you sign our Authority to Act/Agreement, we’ll send you a clear, step-by-step guide outlining the documents needed to verify your identity and your connection to the funds. We will help with this verification process.

3. We Handle the Paperwork
Our team gathers and submits all required documents you have provided to us to the appropriate government departments. We’ll keep you updated when your claim has been lodged.

4. Claim is Processed
Processing times vary, but most claims are approved within 10 weeks. We’ll keep you informed of any updates as your claim progresses.

5. You Receive Your Money
Once we’ve successfully retrieved your funds, we’ll give you a call with the great news. We’ll then ask for your preferred payment method to return the funds, minus our previously agreed-upon fee. A detailed breakdown will also be sent to you for your records.
